Production and delivery

Each print is made to order on high-quality 170 gsm silk-finish art paper, with a subtle sheen and a smooth surface that helps preserve the detail and colour of each artwork. Prints are sold unframed.

Shipping costs and the current estimated delivery window are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Estimates include print production and transit time. They are not guaranteed delivery dates and can vary by destination, production location, order size, carrier capacity and seasonal demand. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights if we fail to deliver your order within the stated time.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link when tracking is available. Some economy services may show fewer tracking updates while the parcel is still moving.

Custom portraits

Payment confirms your commission and starts the creation process. Your first proof is normally sent within 5–7 working days after payment. One focused revision is included, and printing begins only after the final proof has been approved.

The estimate shown at checkout covers print production and shipping only. For a custom portrait, also allow time for creation, any revision and your approval.

Addresses and order changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before paying and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect. Production can begin quickly, so address changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed.

Delays, tracking and lost parcels

If your parcel is several working days past its estimated delivery date and tracking has stopped updating, please contact us with your order number. If tracking shows the parcel as delivered, first check with household members, neighbours, the carrier and any local collection point.

Customs and import charges

Orders may occasionally be produced or shipped across borders. Import duties, taxes or customs charges can apply depending on the destination. Any amounts collected by the store are shown at checkout; other destination charges, if applicable, are payable by the customer.
