How your portrait is created

Upload up to three photos and share anything you’d like Sasha to keep in mind. Sasha draws each portrait individually on a digital drawing tablet, in her signature style—simplified forms, textured marks and bold blocks of colour—while capturing the expression and personality that make your pet unique. Within 5–10 business days, Sasha will email a proof to the address provided at checkout. You can reply directly with feedback and request refinements until you’re happy to give final approval. Once approved, your portrait is printed and delivered.

Print quality & framing

Printed on smooth 170 gsm art paper with a subtle sheen, chosen to reproduce each artwork with rich, vibrant colours and a clean, consistent finish. Whenever possible, your print is produced by a partner close to its destination, helping reduce transport distances and emissions.

The black frame is made from slim aluminium and fitted with clear plexiglass to protect the artwork. Hanging fixtures are integrated into the back of the frame. The print and frame arrive together, but the print is not mounted inside the frame. Inserting it upon delivery is quick and straightforward, with no tools required.

Delivery & returns

Once final approval is given, your portrait is sent to production. Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days after final approval. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Because custom portraits are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned for a change of mind once creation has begun.

If your portrait arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact Sasha as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the print and packaging.
