About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from the Sasha Liley online store. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Products and availability

Prints are made to order on high-quality 170 gsm silk-finish art paper, with a subtle sheen and a smooth surface that helps preserve the detail and colour of each artwork. Prints are sold unframed. Product images are intended to show the artwork as accurately as possible, but screens and printing processes can reproduce colour differently. Availability, prices and product details may be corrected or updated before an order is accepted.

Orders and payment

An order is submitted when payment is completed. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; acceptance takes place when the order enters production or a custom commission begins. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, a price or description contains a material error, or fraud is suspected.

Prices, available currencies, shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment.

Custom portraits

For a custom portrait, you choose a direction and size, upload up to three reference photographs and may add creative notes. Payment confirms your place in the queue and starts the commission. A first proof is normally sent within 5–7 working days. One focused revision is included, and printing begins after approval.

You confirm that you have the right to supply and use every photograph or instruction submitted with the order. Supplied materials are used only to create and support the commission unless you separately agree otherwise.

Delivery, changes and returns

Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed because production or creative work may begin quickly. Returns, refunds, personalised-goods exclusions and quality claims are explained in returns and refunds.

Intellectual property

Artwork, photographs, copy, branding and site content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Buying a physical print does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, resell, distribute or commercially use the artwork.

Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed.

Governing rules

These terms are governed by the law applicable to the seller, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.
